Description:
The Arts Resource Centre is where many of the City of Oshawa's art programming takes place. The facility is located just behind City Hall, and has unique features such as a pottery kiln room and a theatre-auditorium. This facility may be open additional hours, with limited staff, during rentals.

Monday to Thursday: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Friday and Sunday: closed
