Pumphouse Marsh
Description:
At 7 hectares, Pumphouse Marsh is one of the smallest coastal wetlands in Durham Region with one of the smallest watersheds. The Marsh is a Provincially Significant marsh and barrier beach located along the Waterfront Trail. It is used by neighbouring schools and provides learning opportunity for visitors.
Hours:
April 1 to October 31 - 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. November 1 to March 31 - 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
